You probably have old beliefs from your childhood that have influenced the way you act, react and handle things in your life. Changing those beliefs requires you to change your mindset and imbibe what needs to be learned. Remember, we don’t know what we don’t know, so we need to strive to acquire the right knowledge, make a plan, and take action.
This is why I created these 5-steps to “Rebuild Your Life”, to guide you through the steps required to have that change, shift your mindset, reach those goals and cultivate the right loving relationship with yourself. These 5 steps relate to each other, and working on each part, learning and doing the required exercises, will have a massive impact on your life.
Most of us never learned how to love ourselves as we grew up. We never appreciated nor put ourselves and our dreams first because we went through life thinking that if we please others we get validated and that`s how we know we are good enough. Contrarily, that is the ultimate way of not only losing yourself along the way, but also the goals and dreams you once had.
You will learn throughout the course, why working on your mindset and having a real nurturing relationship with yourself is important.
Because it all starts with us, our mind and body, making ourselves happy and taking responsibility for our own happiness will result in a massive change and everything else will follow.
This is the reason I developed these 5- Steps course. I have been there myself, feeling lost, insecure and self-sabotaging myself for years.
I learned throughout my growth process, by taking courses, educating myself, traveling, meeting healers and mentors around the world, that these 5 components are connected to each other and are the fundamental keys to rebuilding our lives.
